FAQ


Location: Your choice or Photographer’s recommendation (based on well known locations). Studio available at additional cost.
Date/Time:  Booked year round at a time that is best for lighting and for you and your family. Very Flexible.
Format:  Session moves at the pace you want them to.
Shoot Time: Varies based upon type of shoot, from 20 min to all day. Additional time can be purchased (À la carte style) if wanted.
Deposit: All sessions require a non-refundable 50% (of total cost) deposit in advance. The deposit will count towards the total session cost.
Cost: Full price varies depending on type of shoot.
Participant Limitations: Up to 7 people are included in these sessions, $10/person additional.
Animals: Animals are allowed (and encouraged!).
Editing: I make a few passes through your photo shoot (weeding out unnecessary shots) and then upload a private photo gallery where you make your choices. There will be a mix of black and white, color images, and sometimes some other processing styles mixed in for fun. You receive a set amount of edits based upon the shoot type but can purchase additional edited images (À la carte style) if wanted.
Original Files:  Original RAW files are kept for two months to allow for editing, I do not provide clients with unedited photos.
Equipment: Varies based upon shoot type and based upon client preferences.
Turn around Time: 0-3 weeks depending on the time of year. Let me know if you need me to rush the edits and I will do my best to accommodate you.
Online Galleries: Posted online for 6 months, all galleries are private.
Online Marketing and Blog Use: Option to opt out.
Travel fees: 10 miles from Downtown San Francisco, CA is included, after that travel is billed at $1/mile. Payable on shoot day.
Cancellation: If you need to cancel, just let me know as soon as you can and we will reschedule, for whatever reason.
